Room 13 is said to be "the most haunted" at The Oliver House, but it's truly one of our most comfortable rooms. Room 13 is a Queen room on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs. It boasts a private bathroom--with a "toilet closet," a sink, and a clawfoot tub. All of our rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, and morning coffee and tea in the common room. We are an "adults-only" (21+) property.
Please note: Friday & Saturday check-ins require a 2-night stay in room 13. Our "euro-style" rooms are available for 1-night weekend stays.
If you'd like to book adjoining rooms, there is an adjoining door to room 14.

Walking into the Oliver House is like walking back in time. I enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and the attention to detail. You can tell the owners take pride in ownership and strive to maintain the historical ambience. I’ve taken the Bisbee ghost tour several times so I know some of the lore of this B&B, and had to call a friend so I didn’t have to stay alone. Although nothing spooky happened during my stay, I don’t know that I could have stayed alone. Regardless of my personal fears with the ghosties, I would highly recommend the Oliver House to anyone looking to stay in Old Bisbee.
Thanks so much for staying with us, Ashley! Even though we have a lot of history and ghosty stories, The Oliver House is a quiet, comfortable place to stay and we strive to make it your home away from home. Thanks for your kind review. --The Oliver House Team

Great hosts that are really putting time/energy and commitment to restoring this historic boarding house. Room was clean with great cotton sheets, soon to be speakeasy area is really really going to be nice when completed. As for “things happening” I can honestly report 4 different experiences in the room, hallway and both the upper and lower porches, couple of them were quite extraordinary.
Wow, Erik! Thanks so much for sharing and leaving us such a kind review. We would love to hear more about your experiences if you don't mind emailing us your stories at oliverhousebisbee@gmail.com. We look forward to seeing you again here at The Oliver House.
Room #13 was a lot of fun! Very interesting history, decor and the fact furry loved ones are allowed in the house is awesome! Hope to return one day!!
Thanks so much for staying with us, Pamela! We hope to see you again soon at The Oliver House!
This is my second time staying here. The family is really friendly and helpful. I unintentionally booked for the wrong day. When I showed up with no reservations the young guy was sure to fix the situation and get me in a room. The rooms are comfortable, the whole house is very inviting, and I especially love the little house dog. I'll be back for sure.
We always love having you stay with us, Britt! So glad you enjoy our little home away from home. Thanks so much for sharing and we look forward to seeing you again soon. --Amy & The Oliver House Team

It was so awesome finally getting to stay at the infamous Oliver House! The hotel is beautiful. Our room was comfy and quiet. The caretaker was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be visiting again!

Amazing place of history and very comfy atmosphere! We came to the Oliver House to conduct a Paranormal Investigation and it did not disappoint! The parlor had a LOT of activity. The spirits utilized our equipment such as the Rem-Pod, K2 Meters, Flashlights and EMF Tripwires very well as it was a blast to communicate with them. We stayed in Room 13 which was considered to be the most "haunted" room. We didn't see too much activity up in this room however, there was still some small activity with our Rem Pods and Flashlights. Overall a great experience and comfy room. Will definitely be back!
It was our pleasure to have your team stay with us and investigate our historical space. We love having paranormal groups come--there usually is a lot of activity if you look for it. If you're interested in staying with us or investigating again in the future, please email us directly and we'll get you all set up. Happy holidays!
We had a fantastic stay! The Oliver House is a wonderful historic place, the views from the porches are amazing, and the employees are attentive and friendly. We.look forward to staying again!
Thank you so much, Virginia! We hope to see you again the next time you're in Bisbee.
