Room 12 is a comfortable Queen room on the 2nd floor with a private bathroom. It features a queen bed, a sitting chair, and a tile shower. All of our rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, and morning coffee and tea in the common room. We are an "adults-only" (21+) property.
Please note: Friday & Saturday check-ins require a 2-night stay in room 12. Our "euro-style" rooms are available for 1-night weekend stays.Â
If you'd like to book adjoining rooms, there is an adjoining door to room 10.

Location
From the Tucson Airport, drive East on Interstate 10 to Highway 80 East (Tombstone exit). Take that all the way to Bisbee. Exit at Old Bisbee's Main Street (right side exit, 2nd Bisbee exit). At the stop sign, turn left onto Tombstone Canyon Rd leading into Old Bisbee. From Tombstone Canyon, turn right on Brewery Ave. Take an immediate left onto Howell Ave, and take this up past the Copper Queen Hotel. Turn left on Shearer Ave and turn right into the parking lot area. Follow this to the top of the hill, to the 3rd parking area (a left turn) at the top of the hill next to St. John's church. Park anywhere and look for the Oliver House signs--located on the house and walking path to the front gate. The address is 26 Sowles.

Nice Historic Room in Old Bisbee
We stayed two nights in Room 12 and really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, the caretaker was very friendly and checking in was easy; we also enjoyed meeting his lovely dog Gladys. The Oliver House is located in the heart of Old Bisbee, and you can walk from your room to many of the shops and restaurants in town. The property is very clean and has a cool artistic vibe while still keeping its historic feel. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the property, and it is obvious they have put a lot of effort and care into making the Oliver House what it is today. This was our first stay in Bisbee, and we were certainly happy with our choice of accommodations.

Great place to stay in Bisbee
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oliver House in Bisbee, Arizona, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my band's visit to the charming town. The reason for our trip was a show at the Quarry (great venue) in old town, and we booked three rooms at the Oliver House for our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Oliver House made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The caretaker even came out to see our show at the which was a much-appreciated gesture. The hotel is walking distance to everything you need. We will stay there again next time we are in Bisbee

Room 12
We had an amazing night , we arrived a little after 6pm and it was pretty dark outside & being it’s out first time in Bisbee, The Oliver House waassss a little bit hard to find:) but after we called the number, the housekeeper on-site came out, greeted us and showed us where to park and even waited for us to gather our belongings and show us into the property. It was beautiful, absolutely gorgeous old house in town & very close to the Main Street and all the shops! Will definitely be staying again in the future just because of the hospitality, it felt like home.
