Room 8 is a beautiful, European-style room (shared bathrooms down the hall). It's a King room on the 2nd floor with a gorgeous view of Old Bisbee and has easy access to all 4 shared bathrooms (shared by 7 rooms). It boasts a bedroom set with a full dresser, a rocking chair, and a closet. All of our rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, and morning coffee and tea in the common room. We are an "adults-only" (21+) property.

Location
From the Tucson Airport, drive East on Interstate 10 to Highway 80 East (Tombstone exit). Take that all the way to Bisbee. Exit at Old Bisbee's Main Street (right side exit, 2nd Bisbee exit). At the stop sign, turn left onto Tombstone Canyon Rd leading into Old Bisbee. From Tombstone Canyon, turn right on Brewery Ave. Take an immediate left onto Howell Ave, and take this up past the Copper Queen Hotel. Turn left on Shearer Ave and turn right into the parking lot area. Follow this to the top of the hill, to the 3rd parking area (a left turn) at the top of the hill next to St. John's church. Park anywhere and look for the Oliver House signs--located on the house and walking path to the front gate. The address is 26 Sowles.

Lovely Stay
Absolutely lovely stay in #8 for a “girls weekend”. We stayed a mix of weekday/end. We were pleasantly surprised to be the one of the few living mortals on the 2nd floor on a Thurs night:)! Everything was spotless & linens all fresh. The shared bathroom had wonderful amenities & all was clean. I personally loved #8 as it was on the 2nd floor, end of hall, and adjacent to upper balcony. I prefer things on quieter side. We spent 2 sunset evenings on the balcony with a lovely view of Bisbee. The caretaker was courteous & approachable. The house appeared completely secure with keypad & video cameras. The staff & home exceeded my expectations on every level. I truly raved about this place when I got home.

Awesome!
We stayed in Room 8 and it was perfect. We had a lovely time conversing with two female ghosts. The bed linens are very comfortable and the bed provided a great sleep. I like the new look of the hotel, complete with crooked picture frames, stacked luggage and a turkey vulture in the hallway. The caretaker host is friendly and we really enjoyed talking with him. I was here 16 years ago and find the improvements since then, added to our great experience.

Stepping back in time
This beautiful historic house is about 3 blocks from middle of old Bisbee. Minute you come into the Oliver house, you feel as though you've stepped back in time. Beautiful claw foot tub! 😍
