What Amenities do you offer?
We offer free wi-fi, a complimentary breakfast, cozy rooms, and clean bathrooms with plenty of toiletries. Our porches and views are unmatched in Old Bisbee. We have coffee, tea, and water available in the common area. We also have a variety of board games and books to borrow during your visit. Parking is free and there are no flights of Bisbee stairs to climb to get to our property.
What's served for breakfast at The Oliver House?
We offer a complimentary breakfast for our guests in the common room. It includes cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and tea. Extras are offered on weekends & holidays--such as fruit & pastries. You're welcome to "grab & go" or sit down and enjoy.
What about shared bathrooms at The Oliver House?
We have 4 shared bathrooms, and only 9 rooms share them. This means you'll always have easy access to a bathroom. We have 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Even during busy times of the day, you'll have the option of the relaxing waterfall shower upstairs, the claw foot bathtub downstairs, or an additional shower. Our shared bathroom room rates are less $ and feature lots of luxury.
Where do I park during my stay at The Oliver House?
Park in the lot in front of St. John's church and walk up the hill by the church. You'll see our footpath and signs on the left--leading to our Haunted Hideaway. Once you park for your stay, you'll have walkable access to all that Old Bisbee has to offer. We also have parking for electric cars just a few steps away.
Do you allow pets at the Oliver House?
We allow pets pets "by arrangement." Only our 1st floor rooms are pet-friendly (rooms 1, 2, 4, and 6). Please choose a "pet-friendly" room when booking. A $50 non-refundable pet fee will apply to your reservation, and guests are responsible for all damages caused by your pet.
Pet policy:
- Outdoor pet relief only (no pee pads)
- No unattended, free-roaming pets
- No aggressive or noisy animals
Are children allowed at The Oliver House?
We are an "adults only" property at this time. If you'd like to bring a guest with you who is under the age of 21, please contact us directly before booking.
Do you host Bisbee weddings and other events?
Definitely. You can rent the entire Oliver House for your wedding or other event. Please email us at oliverhousebisbee@gmail.com for more information.
Do you allow paranormal investigations (aka "Ghost Hunting")?
Yes, we do. Please contact us directly to plan your visit. We ask that you investigate in a kind and courteous manner, so as not to disturb our guests or spirits that dwell here. Paranormal investigations are subject to an additional fee, depending on the length of your stay and the intensity of your exploration. Please see our "paranormal" tab for more information.
